Ford Recalls F-150s over Airbag Deployments

Ford Motor Co. has announced a recall of 144,000 F-150 trucks after it was discovered that the front airbags may deploy unannounced. The recall is being made at the request of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and covers 2005 and 2006-year models. Ford officials said an improperly installed wire in the steering wheel may be the cause of the random deployments.
