Phyllis Eddins
Phyllis B. Eddins concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury, including motor vehicle collisions, eighteen wheeler collisions, premises liability and medical malpractice.
Ms. Eddins obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1993 after graduating from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law with honors. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Eddins received a B.A. degree in Business Administration. After obtaining her JD, she worked several years for Arkansas Court of Appeals Justice John Pittman. Ms. Eddins then pursued private practice by representing injured persons while working for a well respected law firm in central Arkansas where she gained valuable trial experience and extensive experience in handling claims against insurance companies.
Ms. Eddins is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice, she has a genuine passion for justice for her clients. Her love for the law is demonstrated through her tenacious trial skills, knowledge and experience. She is licensed to practice before all Arkansas state and federal courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
