Benjamin R. McCorkle

Prior to entering the legal profession, Benjamin McCorkle, B.A., M.A. Texas Tech University, designed, developed, and marketed PC and Internet software. In 2001 Benjamin graduated with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, having served as Assistant Executive Editor of the Law Review, and as a member of the National Moot Court and National Trial Teams. Prior to associating with the Law Offices of Peter Miller, Benjamin clerked for Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Annabelle Imber, followed by serving as an Arkansas Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office.

Mr. McCorkle now practices personal injury law before Arkansas state and federal courts. In addition, he is trained in appellate practice and cyberlaw. He has made numerous presentations on identity theft and other cyberlaw topics including presentations to the F. B. I Training Academy and on behalf of the Arkansas Attorney General. His writings have been published in legal, academic, and general publications.

Mr. McCorkle is a member of the American, Arkansas, and Pulaski County Bar Associations, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice before Arkansas State Courts and federal district court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
